When an order is placed on this site you are also instructing us on your behalf to to employ a third party for delivery, You will be instructing us to send your package using royal mail 1st class postage service, Under normal circumstances mail is delivered within 3 days however by instructing us to use this service on your behalf and should the delivery fail you will be required to wait 16 days from the date the order was posted , and after that period if goods are still not delivered we will re send or refund .
